WIC provides nurtition education and supplemental food vouchers for Pregnant, Postpartum or Breastfeeding Women, Infants and Children up to age Five.

Brant Lake Town Hall; Please bring two forms of ID: NYS driver's license & SS card OR birth certificate. Arrive 10 minutes prior to test time.

Essex Cooperative Extension; Please bring two forms of ID: NYS license & SS card OR birth certificate. Arrive 10 minutes prior to test time.

Registration opens March 1st for ZUMBA Fitness Classes at SLU. Lunch Hour ZUMBA meets MWF from 12-1pm. Evening ZUMBA meets WF from 6-7pm. Both classes begin the week of March 15th and are open to the public. For more information email june@ncpr.org.

Learn the basics of model railroading with Bill Bibby in 4 classes. Registration fee is $30 and due by February 15. Class held at the Owens House Education Center & Gallery, 312 Main St. North Creek. Made possible by a grant from LARAC.

Voters for Change will be sponsoring the movie “Rethinking Afghanistan” on Monday, March 1, 2010 at the BluSeed Studios in Saranac Lake. The movie will start at 6:30 P.M. Donations will be gratefully accepted. Refreshments will be served.
